Go Society is a society and visitor-management platform that digitises the security gate — guards log delivery, cab, guest and staff entries in seconds, residents pre-approve visitors with QR passes, and an emergency SOS routes straight to the guard. Xenotix Labs designed the brand and built the guard experience end-to-end.

Go Society is a society & visitor-management platform that digitises the security gate of a gated community. Xenotix Labs designed the brand and built the guard-facing app end-to-end — turning a paper visitor register into a fast, accountable, tap-first workflow.
From a single home screen a guard can log a new entry, act on a resident's emergency SOS, and wave through pre-approved guests with a QR scan — all in seconds.

Every second at the gate counts, so the guard flow is ruthlessly simple. A visitor is classified in one tap — Delivery, Cab, Guest or Others — then captured with block/flat, delivery brand, phone and an optional vehicle number.
Go Society — Guard home
When a resident raises an SOS, it lands on the guard's home screen as an unmissable red alert with the resident's name, flat and time, and a single Acknowledge action — closing the loop between residents and security instantly.
Go Society is a two-part engagement: we crafted the brand identity and then shipped the product. The guard app is built in React Native with real-time visitor logs, QR pass verification and push-driven SOS alerts, backed by a society/staff management layer.
