We built a React Native offline-first app with SQLite for local persistence and Room-style sync logic. QR scanning via camera reduces reading time per meter by 70%. GPS verification with a tolerance radius confirms physical presence. A Node.js backend handles bulk sync events and pushes validated readings to billing APIs in real time.
