It operates a three-sided marketplace: a consumer app, a store management app for shop owners, and a delivery partner app — all orchestrated by a real-time logistics engine.

Day 07

The Problem We Solved

Indian consumers had two unsatisfactory choices: Blinkit/Zepto (expensive with limited local products) or walking to a local store. Local kiranas wanted to go digital but lacked the tech infrastructure. There was no platform that properly bridged neighbourhood stores and digital convenience.

Our Engineering Solution

We built a full three-sided marketplace: React Native consumer app, store owner tablet app, and delivery partner app — connected by a Node.js logistics orchestration engine. A custom hyperlocal matching algorithm pairs orders with the nearest store with stock availability. Real-time inventory sync via Firebase prevents ghost listings.
