Veda Milk is a D2C dairy brand whose technology stack was built entirely by Xenotix Labs. The platform includes a consumer-facing app for subscriptions and delivery management, a delivery agent app for route-optimised dispatch, and a backend administration panel for the dairy's operations team.

The Problem We Solved

Local dairy brands like Veda Milk were losing customers to Milkbasket and Country Delight due to no digital presence. Managing subscriptions via WhatsApp, paper records for deliveries, and cash-only payments created operational chaos and prevented scaling.

Our Engineering Solution

We built a three-product system: a React Native consumer app, a delivery agent app with offline route optimisation, and a Next.js admin panel. Subscription logic handles complex pause/resume/modify scenarios, while a custom delivery dispatch engine assigns routes and tracks completion in real time.
