Veda Milk is a D2C dairy brand whose technology stack was built entirely by Xenotix Labs. The platform includes a consumer-facing app for subscriptions and delivery management, a delivery agent app for route-optimised dispatch, and a backend administration panel for the dairy's operations team.

Track the delivery agent in real time on a map. Receive push notification when delivery is 5 minutes away.
Prepay for monthly subscriptions at discounted rates. Wallet auto-deducted per delivery. No monthly bills.
Delivery agent app generates optimal morning routes via Google Maps API, reducing delivery time and fuel costs by 35%.
Full dairy catalogue: full cream milk, toned milk, paneer, curd, ghee, and seasonal specials. Order beyond subscriptions.

The Problem
Local dairy brands like Veda Milk were losing customers to Milkbasket and Country Delight due to no digital presence. Managing subscriptions via WhatsApp, paper records for deliveries, and cash-only payments created operational chaos and prevented scaling.
Our Solution
We built a three-product system: a React Native consumer app, a delivery agent app with offline route optimisation, and a Next.js admin panel. Subscription logic handles complex pause/resume/modify scenarios, while a custom delivery dispatch engine assigns routes and tracks completion in real time.
