Alcedo is a next-generation EdTech platform developed by Xenotix Labs for college students and coaching institutes. It combines AI-driven personalised learning, live interactive sessions, peer collaboration tools, and real-time progress analytics into a single, intuitive mobile experience.

Adaptive algorithms analyse each student's performance and build custom study plans that focus effort where improvement matters most.
WebRTC-powered low-latency video sessions with real-time polls, whiteboard collaboration, and attendance tracking.
Students post doubts with photos or text; AI routes to the most qualified tutor with an average 8-minute response time.
XP points, leaderboards, streaks, and achievement badges keep students engaged and motivated throughout their course.
All live sessions auto-recorded in HD. Students replay at 2x speed, add bookmarks, and download for offline revision.
Faculties manage batches, assignments, fees, and analytics from a web dashboard. Full LMS built-in.
The Problem
Coaching institutes and colleges in India had no unified digital platform. Students juggled WhatsApp groups, YouTube videos, PDFs and attendance sheets. There was zero personalisation and no data-driven insight into student performance at scale.
Our Solution
We built a full EdTech ecosystem: a React Native student app, a Next.js institute dashboard, and a Python-based AI engine for learning path personalisation. WebRTC video sessions scale to 2,000 concurrent students with adaptive bitrate streaming, and Firebase Firestore handles real-time synchronisation across all touchpoints.
