Alcedo is a next-generation EdTech platform developed by Xenotix Labs for college students and coaching institutes. It combines AI-driven personalised learning, live interactive sessions, peer collaboration tools, and real-time progress analytics into a single, intuitive mobile experience.

The Problem We Solved

Coaching institutes and colleges in India had no unified digital platform. Students juggled WhatsApp groups, YouTube videos, PDFs and attendance sheets. There was zero personalisation and no data-driven insight into student performance at scale.

Our Engineering Solution

We built a full EdTech ecosystem: a React Native student app, a Next.js institute dashboard, and a Python-based AI engine for learning path personalisation. WebRTC video sessions scale to 2,000 concurrent students with adaptive bitrate streaming, and Firebase Firestore handles real-time synchronisation across all touchpoints.
