Dubai-based real-time cricket platform serving fans across the GCC
Cricket Winner is a real-time cricket companion app delivering ball-by-ball live updates, fantasy league management, and intelligent match predictions to fans across India, the UAE, and the GCC. Built end-to-end by Xenotix Labs for Dubai's WinnerMedia Sports, the platform has been live in production for 4+ years, handling IPL-scale traffic during peak live matches with near-zero downtime.

The Problem We Solved
Indian cricket fans were scattered across fragmented, unreliable apps that crashed during IPL finals, showed delayed scores, and had no intelligent fantasy tools. There was no single, reliable platform combining live data, fantasy management, and smart predictions in a lightweight, always-on app.

Our Engineering Solution
We architected a high-availability backend using Node.js microservices with Redis pub/sub for real-time score propagation during live matches. A Flutter cross-platform app ensured smooth 60fps UI, while Firebase handled match-day push notification bursts at IPL scale. Auto-scaling AWS infrastructure with custom CDN caching kept score sync sub-second and eliminated crash spikes during finals.
