Fantasy sports changed in 2025. The build has to change with it
Until August 2025 a fantasy app in India meant entry fees and cash prizes. The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act ended that: online games played with money for a monetary return are prohibited, and the large operators moved to free contests with non-cash rewards.
So a fantasy app today is free-to-play, and that shapes the software. There is no wallet, no deposit and no payout system. The app earns from sponsors, advertising and premium features, and users play for points, ranks, vouchers and merchandise. The first decision in a build is the reward and revenue model, and we settle it with you before design starts.
The engine underneath is the same. A team builder with credits and role limits, a points engine that turns each ball into scores for every team in every contest, and leaderboards that re-rank while thousands of users watch. This is real-time work, and it is what we have run since 2022 on Cricket Winner, which pairs ball-by-ball scores with fantasy tools and ML-based player predictions.
We build custom rather than resell a white-label script. You own the code, the points rules are yours to change, and no other operator runs the same app under a different logo.
